I picked red because it always makes me feel upbeat and want to put on makeup, fix my fair, add
a few gold accessories and go do something fun.
Round it out with
a few gold accessories and a fun lip and you've got yourself one hell of a only slightly trying too hard NYE outfit.

accessories, I painted my nails in Essie's «leggy legend» (close - up can be seen in my recent nail post here) which pairs extremely well with camel colors, and went with a
few silver jewelry pieces to break up all of the
gold.
A
few accessories like the vases and the modern
gold orb just do it for me and I think add just the right touch.
Accessories wise, we'd stick to a
few simple but tasteful
gold bracelets and of course a pair of sunglasses.
