I would start by adding
a few handfuls of fresh spinach.
For a salad... Toss
a few handfuls of fresh spinach with vinaigrette.
I tossed a small frozen banana into the blender with a small avocado, one pitted date,
a few handfuls of fresh spinach, and some coconut milk.
If dinner wasn't already sorted I would be making a batch tonight If I wanted to include
