While the 3DS will continue to be supported for the foreseeable future,

fewer games are being released on the ageing
handheld.

few exclusives, they'd have a hot product on their hands — if they could nail the price.
While it is not the most ideal racing style
game for the 3DS
handheld because of a
few absent features, this racing
game has the basis for a great experience to have on the go.
As misguided as it may seem on Sony's part in a world with smartphones offering smaller
games perfect for arduous train journeys that cost a
few measly pennies, the Vita is heavily marketed as a «hardcore
handheld» capable of console - quality
games on the go.
Nintendo has published and developed a
few eShop exclusives before, and they're certainly
games that can be argued as some of the best for the
handheld.
Square Enix has taken to remastering many of its older Dragon Quest
games for Nintendo's
handhelds over the past
few years, and rumor has it that, with the 3DS being able to handle PS1 and PS2 ports, Dragon Warrior VII will be the next one in line.

handheld games made their way to the NX...
The 3DS has a ton of continuations of great
handheld series, and it does have a
few games I absolutely adore but it doesn't quite have a console defining title yet — it's kind of stuck in this DS, only moreso trap.
They did re-release it once on the PSP, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, but so
few gamers had that
handheld that it didn't reach a wider audience than the original PS1
game.
Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command is an enjoyable slice of
handheld strategy, that does

gamers will find that it lacks depth compared to the strategy
