Assemble
lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon a
few tablespoons
of filling into each one or allow each person to assemble their own.
For individual salad plates, layer a
few leaves of butter
lettuce with some
of the butternut squash, a
few strawberry slices, some feta cheese, pepitas and cilantro and sliced serranos if desired.
Place a patty on one
of the sandwich thins, top with 1 tbsp
of Tzatziki sauce, a
few tomato slices and a
few fresh
lettuce leaves.
Then layer on 2 tomato slices, a heaping half cup
of the tuna mixture and a
few lettuce leaves.
Now place the bottom portion
of the bun on a plate, spread a thick layer

6 — To serve, place in a
lettuce leaf (or 2) tope with some freshly sliced avocado, a dollop
of greek yoghurt (if not strict paleo) and sprinkle over some fresh coriander and a
few extra slices
of chilli.

few microgreens Edible flowers if available quick red onion pickles (or any pickles
of choice)
Sometimes we eat it on an Ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla with a
few spinach
leaves, in a nori wrap, as a dip with dehydrated crackers or raw vegetables or my favorite way with hearts
of romaine
lettuce.

few milliwatts in the UV - B band stimulates red -
leaf lettuce to make the antioxidants that give it its characteristic colouring.
I'd personally rather not risk potentially fatal infection for the sake
of saving a

lettuce leaves!
