locals prefer to keep under wraps to avoid the crowds during peak seasons.
Apart from the
local surf in the bay there are also a
few other closely guarded secrets close by plus the classic but fickle
surf spots further a field like Treasure Island, Cobra Logs and Turtles.
There are of course a
few other secret spots known only by the
local surfers which are kept a little unpublished to the world wide web.
It's one of the
few beaches along the coast to be patrolled and is also a good place to learn to
surf and the kids can even hire surfboards from the
local surf shop.
Numbers wise there would have been around 25
surfers in the line up with a

local boys picking off the better waves.
