I only go to the games a
few times during the season since I don't live in England, for those who do, we need to defy those damn stewards and raise the temperature at the games, that's the only practical solution I can come up with, we are not the ones who buy the players and all the noise we have made on social
media and elsewhere keeps falling on deaf ears, they will not listen to our calls for players, let's go to the games and turn the

As I mentioned in Asha and my recent episode on
media and entertainment favorites, I love getting big stacks of books at the
library, particularly because a book needs to hook me within the first
few pages or I give up on it (meaning, I tend to have a lot of false starts with books).
There are public computers in all
libraries and classes are offered on computer use, software training, online career searches, resume writing and social
media, to name a
few.

media center specialists per 100 students than low ethnic minority status districts (0 ‐ 6 % ethnic minority students).
While the national average for weekly visits to the school

media center is about one visit per week per student (or 100 visits per 100 students),
fewer of the poorest students and students in special education and alternative schools visit each week — 80 out of 100 students.
Since 2007 there has been a national decline in the number of school
library /
media centers and there are
fewer library /
media centers operating in high ‐ poverty schools than in wealthier schools, especially low income schools in the inner cities, where the number has dropped by five percentage points.
The report revealed there are 20 %
fewer school
library media specialists now than there were in 2007 - 2008 (according to a census by the NJ Association of School Librarians).
Over the past
few years, budget cuts trimmed staff and now the 10
library media specialists in the district's 15 schools have become merely «prep - time providers,» according to Sandra George,
media specialist at Riverside Central Elementary School in Rochester.
Nine years ago, they had
library media centers that were showing signs of age, full of outdated material, sometimes 20 years old, and very
few library media specialists.
The student can place a request (right online, through the catalog) for any one (or more) of the titles listed and receive the item (s) within a
few days at his or her own school
library media center.
Last week the Swedish
media reported on a pilot project which sees Stockholm City
library, Ordfront (one of the
few mid-sized, independent publishing houses) and Publit (a technology company specialising in e-book and PoD publishing and distribution) join forces to trial a dual licensing model for e-books.
Few potential clients have the time or tolerance to solicit multiple references and testimonials, visit the
library and search through catalogs of archived
media, call the BBB, and research an attorney's case history.
Why this matters: Over the last
few years, it's become cheaper to stash a sizable
media library in the cloud.
The update, which will be rolling out over the next
few days, includes Alexa compatibility, a new interface, mixed
media libraries, and better subtitle compatibility.

There was a time when a geek with a
media library had several additional hard drives packed into their PC, each of which were full of movies and seasons of TV shows — probably downloaded from unauthorized sources, because
few legitimate sources existed in those days.
There are a
few other useful features, like screen mirroring and sharing your
library with friends, but the message is clear: Basic functionality with one of the friendliest
media server programs on the market won't cost you any money.
