If the mixture looks dry at any point, stir in
a few more splashes of water
Add
a few more splashes of milk to thin if needed.
Add
a few more splashes of water during cooking if the mixture becomes too dry.
Blend on high until everything is very smooth (if it is too thick, you can add
a few more splashes of water).
Continue to roast pork until skin is browned and puffed, 15 — 20 minutes (add
a few more splashes of water to baking sheet if juices are scorching).
