It was fairly fast paced and exciting to play, I also was able to capture
gameplay which was
nice since
few companies offer such easy means of capturing it.
Much improved over the last
few Call of Duty games - the exo suit makes a
nice if not fantastic change to
gameplay.
We thought at first that Arena 3D is a game like Super Star Dust for PC with a
few more
nice features, but now as it turns out with this new

Tails manages to add a
few new
gameplay tricks and the stages have a
nice balance to them.
It's
nice to have some more variety, and these fighters do offer their own style, but
few will actually appreciate it, or find them that integral to the
gameplay.
The game does have a
few different modes outside of its Campaign and usual death match modes, and while the real meat of the
gameplay exists in its deathmatches, playing things like Puzzle Mode can offer a
nice change of pace — giving you scenarios with limited resources or special conditions that you have to meet by using the tools at your disposal efficiently.
Some
gameplay variation would've been
nice, and the difficulty level really shouldn't be so high in the last
few levels.
As the trial stops you very short, after seeing what was basically a
few nice looking screens with little
gameplay I get the feeling buying the full version will be more of the same.
Nice anime style, solid
gameplay, and challenging bosses make this one of the better «old skool» shooters out there, although enemy patterns are a bit too recognizable after a
few waves.
United Front's game has very
few of its own ideas, but it's a
nice blend of
gameplay mechanics from different games.
