It is important to remember that you will NOT get the full benefit from oregano just by eating the leaves of the herb you have bought at your local garden center, or by eating
a few oregano leaves on your pizza or in your salad.

There are actually a
few foods such as thyme, parsley, spearmint, peppermint, cabbage
leaves, sage,
oregano, black walnut, sorrel, periwinkle herb, chickweed, yarrow, lemon balm, etc. that have been shown to reduce supply.
I find that I have the most luck if I change up my protocol about once every three weeks: I'll take monolaurin for a
few weeks, then
oregano and olive
leaf extracts, and then colloidal silver.
Use in conjunction with onions, tomatoes, cream, yogurt, cheese, Italian or Polish sausage, fresh pumpkin, toasted walnuts, garlic, pasta, rice,
oregano, basil, bay
leaf, cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, and chili peppers to name only a
