Now this dish honestly tastes just as good cold too, especially if you like crisp
raw veggies, but since I prefer my zoodles having that «pasta - like» feel, I simply sauteed mine for a
few minutes on the stove and then just tossed them with the pesto sauce.
I think I'll try it with a
few marinated & grilled
veggies mixed with the
raw veggies perhaps, since I'm not a tofu girl.
I also am just a fan of carrots in general — they are one of the
few veggies that I enjoy
raw and really really love cooked.
I like
raw veggies, but only a
few of them.
I'll put a big serving of that on my plate and fill up first on it, along with a
few bites of
raw veggies and some of the turkey, before I move on to the dressing (that's what we call it in the south) or the casseroles.
If you worry too much about the nutritional value in
raw vs. cooked
veggies, you run the risk of eating
fewer vegetables.
Sometimes I make what I call my «Superhuman smoothie», which I believe can really bolster your immune system, with loads of powerful antioxidant - rich berries, a
few veggies,
raw cacao, maca, spirulina, chia seeds, and any other superfoods I can think to throw in there.
Once all the
veggies are chopped, you'll just crumble the
raw turkey into the crockpot bowl, open a
few cans, and then dump them + the
veggies and spices over the turkey, stir everything up, and press start!
While I love broccoli and will never turn down a nice huge salad filled with fruits,
veggies, healthy starches like beets and sweet potatoes — along with a
few raw nuts and seeds, my goal through this blog is to share recipes that are healthy that don't involve eating only green recipes.
I'm wondering if it's better to continue my practice of eating
raw broccoli or dropping a
few of its florets in my smoothie, and eating only cooked
veggies that I enjoy being served that way.

veggies, spirulina crunchies, tahini dressing and a
few other things... plus a side of

raw aged nut cheeses (TO DIE FOR), and a double chocolate
raw pie for dessert.
The
raw, cultured
veggies that are chopped and sealed in airtight containers for a
few days.
Fruits and
veggies like these will last out of refrigeration for at least a
few days or even longer and can be eaten
raw.
About 100 grams of finely blended
raw veggies (carrots, squash, romaine lettuce, etc) a
few times a week, along with a
few tablespoons of
raw yogurt to act as a natural probiotic.
