When it comes to the camera application, things remain simple and minimalistic, with only
a few shooting modes like HDR and panorama available.
There are
a few shooting modes, but we do think selfie mode has been shot in the foot... a little!
On the camera software side of things, it isn't as feature packed as you may be used to with Samsung cameras, with only
a few shooting modes available.
There are quite
a few shooting modes: live filters, double exposure, an expert mode which allows you to meddle with settings, a gif mode and an ultra HD mode that takes a number of snaps and then combines all of them into a single 50.0 - megapixel snap.
Just
a few shooting modes to choose from, including Photo, Video, Slow - Mo, Time - Lapse, Portrait, Square, and Panorama.
Not exact matches
Ask them to
shoot a
few pictures (or set to burst
mode) incase the first one is blurry or you blink.
The tutorial
mode will run you through the different
shots, with very
few bells and whistles.
From the magic lantern - style innovation of his sculpture installation Six Men Getting Sick to the fixed camera placements of The Alphabet to the rudimentary narrative of The Grandmother (whose heavy's freakishly accentuated jawline transforms his countenance into that of a snarling villain in the «Perils of Pauline»
mode) to, finally, the total aesthetic compromise of the
shot - on - video The Amputee, the first
few entries contained on «The Short Films of David Lynch» imply that there is only one destiny for the medium, whether its evolution is spread out over a century or concentrated in the time it takes for an artist to develop a conscience.
Of course, this is also comes with
few advanced
mode, such as Smart Pro, Action Freeze, Slow Motion Video, Auto Cloud Back - up, Share
Shot, Buddy Photo Share, AllShare Play and more.
We had a
few different skiers and snowboarders lined up for the
shoot but on the first day we went out with Zach Vanderlei in Shane's Glade and used two small Elinchrom ELB 400 battery - powered strobes in Hi - Sync
mode to create the image below.
Delivering basketball goodness, 2K are once more bringing plenty of game
modes to the basketball party, with MyCareer, MyGM, MyLeague and MyTeam ensuring anyone who likes to
shoot a
few hoops will be more than satisfied.
Sneaky Bears offers some family friendly wave
shooting with a
few, slightly different play
modes and some decent dart physics.
Inside the Adventure
mode also lies a
few challenge maps that act as puzzles for you to solve using only a select number of buildings or
shots.
The Empire's abilities are a homing missile, and a speed boost which... does nothing... It's not wildly unbalanced, but either the empire needs stronger blasters that will take down rebel ships in
fewer shots when their shields are down, or quicker recharging missiles, or, since this is technically an asymmetrical game
mode, give the empire a
few more ships on their side.
A promising title that more than a
few gamers are fervently awaiting, Battleborn looks to have all the charm of Borderlands (and then some), but focused into a multiplayer - centric arena shooter with both multiplayer PvP
shooting and a campaign
mode.
This game is fun as hell, the exhibition
mode is fun (with friends), classic fights are a good way to get someone who wasn't into MMA interested in it (e.g. me) Career
mode is fun but the problem is that you don't age is kinda dumb to be honest, you're «CRED» has no real purpose other than to get you new equipment, sponsors, sparring partners and opportunities to increase your «CRED» the controls are confusing to someone who's never played a game like this A.K.A me but I'll give it credit for innovation, you can go to training camps which upgrade you're striking and grappling which gives you new moves, their is a
few exploits in the game No. 1 if you manage to get all the sponsors you can use them in create a fighter (which by the way has a decent enough amount of options) you can put all of the sponors that give the most cred and get everything easily and I mean everything No. 2 when you go to a training camp all you have to do is watch two demonstrations by the camp fighter and you have full stamina No. 3 any fighter you can beat within a minute of the first round you can beat a
few times and
shoot up the ranks, the music is good but you'll soon get sick of it and turn it off cause it repeats itself soo often, they didn't add intro walks, music and cage entries which would've made you feel more like an actual UFC fighter, but overall its a fun game but there's a
few missed opportunities and not many fighting styles to choose from but rent it if you are curious about the game.
Rocket League gives couch co-op a much needed
shot of adrenaline, almost single - handedly resurrecting the
mode in an industry where
fewer and
fewer titles include it.
There are quite a
few gunslinger type VR games out there, but most of them are just single - player
shooting gallery games, whether Quick Draw features four game
modes, including both single - player and multiplayer.
Work out what camera settings work well; it's one of the
few times when it's best to
shoot in manual
mode.
To
shoot in full 20.7 - meg resolution, you need to switch to Manual
mode, which also opens up access to quite a
few other settings and tweaks.
We're looking at a now - standard 13MP Sony camera sensor with f / 2.0 aperture (sorry, no OIS) and a
few little bells and whistles like scene
modes, HDR, panorama and «Sound &
Shot.»
A swipe in the opposite direction is where you'll find the list of standard
shooting modes, that include a manual
mode and panorama, along with a
few others like Beautify and Refocus, that lets you refocus your
shot after the fact.
You get the usual customization options of filters, photo resolution, flash and timer, and a
few different
shooting modes, including Night, Pro, HDR, Panorama and Beauty
mode.
You can even dive into options to choose from a
few different
shooting modes and you can try out filters with live preview as well.
HDR does help with the latter issue, but using this
mode adds a
few seconds to the
shooting time.
That said, the Galaxy A5 does have wide selfie
mode, which will appease a
few of those looking to get a phone that's better for the group
shots they want to be in as well.
Smart Lens, seen on a
few other Lumia devices released since the 920, provides options for things like motion blur, action
shots and simply choosing the best image by taking a burst
mode of 10 images in quick succession.
There's also a «super slow (one -
shot)»
mode that captures a short clip of just a
few seconds at 960 fps within a longer video.
The 13 MP rear shooter of the Galaxy A5 is equally impressive as the 16 MP camera of the flagship Galaxy S5, with image quality at par with each other, even if there are a
few more
shooting modes available with the latter.
There are a
few changes introduced with the Desire 820 though, like a couple new
shooting modes such as split capture, which let's you take a photo with the rear camera and the front camera and it stitches them together.
Images produced out of the ASUS Zenfone 3 Laser is very good, but the lesser performance available does mean that
shots taken with the HDR Pro and Super Resolution
modes will take a
few seconds to process.
By default, the camera is in auto - everything
mode, and it's one of the
few Android phones where you can consistently achieve good results by just pointing and
shooting.
Some of the main ones include Creative Effect, which applies live filters to images; Timeshift Burst, which captures burst
shot images and allows you to select the best one, as well as apply a
few effects; and AR Effect is an entertaining but ultimately stupid 3D augmented reality
mode.
All of the
shooting modes and settings are hidden under a
few icons, but they're usually only a single - level deep — I was never rooting around to find them and they rarely stopped me from capturing an important moment.
The 16 - megapixel rear shooter in the Galaxy S5 is an example of the same, as Samsung upgraded from the 13MP one in the S4 and Note 3, to this one which captures excellent photos in both, bright and low light conditions, and there are a
few modes to choose from: Auto, Beauty face,

Not being able to quickly start a video or take a picture without having to switch
modes is a bit irritating though, as it takes a
few extra seconds to do this, and could very well cost you a good
shot.
We get a look at a
few shots from cutscenes, the male and female heroes that you can select, village rebuilding in the story
mode, alongside NPCs, monsters, and quests.
Beyond these
few modes, you'll find options like an HDR button for getting some images with more contrast, as well as a selection of different color filters that can be applied to the viewfinder before you snap your
shots, such as mono, negative, sepia and others.
I tell anyone who has my camera that it's on rapid fire
mode so hold the button for a second for each
shot and capture a
few each time.
