I used jalapeno cream cheese (still low carb) and added
a few sliced up kalamata olives and a few large chunks of feta chesse.
I quite think
a few sliced up bananas would do brilliant with the cardamom and the turmeric.

up additional broth or water if a little more is needed / When rice is tender or nearly so, adjust seasoning, add seafood, if any, and the rest of the lemon / Cook just a
few more minutes until seafood is done / I like risotto «juicy» so I stop cooking while there's still plenty of liquid present / Optional: stir in 2 T of butter / Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro, dill or parsley, a
slice of lemon.
I'm another «eat the stems» gal for chard; I
slice them
up into about 1/4» pieces and saute them for a
few minutes to soften the fibers before I add the greens.

sliced lengthwise * green tops from 1 bunch of green onions / scallions, cut to approximately same length as carrots and peppers * 12 oz.
I made it for lunch today and ended
up topping it with a
few heart
slices of hickory smoked tofu.
Some say the starter should only have rye flour and water as ingredients, but I used a
few slices of stale rye bread to speed
up the process and that worked beautifully.
You'll just need to mix

few minutes for around one hour to ensure it does not stick to the bottom of the pot 8) Once marmalade reaches the desired consistency, remove from fire and pour straight away into sterilized jars, capping them immediately 9) Allow the grapefruit marmalade to cool before serving with toast or crackers
A
few slices of that bread should change it right
up!
