When I've gone without proper snacks or NO «junk» food or
sweets for awhile, I dive for
potato chips or red velvet cupcakes!!!! Albeit one bag or one cupcake at a time, sometimes that happens for a
few days at a time.
A quick and delicious lunch, an after school snack for hungry teenagers, or a quick dinner (just add a salad and a
few corn
chips or toss on a baked
sweet potato or into taco shells).
A
few favorites are the coconut stracciatella ice cream, creamy tahini pops, avocado mint chocolate
chip ice cream,
sweet potato gingerbread ice cream, and the salted caramel milkshake.
Some days its small — I had a
few tortilla
chips instead of my
sweet potato at lunch number one (I eat two), and some days its bigger — I skipped the gym and ate pizza and a cupcake for dinner (then felt really sick after).
