did write a blog post that covered jump rope and a
few different
types of exercises and how they affect your thighs so please have a read
of that:) While jump roping is great cardio (and burns lots
of calories), it won't really slim down your legs.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a low volume
type of exercise regime that incorporates short bursts
of near maximum intensity followed by momentary recovery periods
done over the course
of just a
few minutes.
I'm more
of a «
do a
few bodyweight
exercises in a week»
type of person, so my repetitive stress injuries aren't from
exercising.
I'm inclined to say that this is something very individualistic and highly variable according to the amount
of exercise / activity one
does, the
type and quality
of the food being ingested, the person's age and probably a
few other factors that I haven't considered.

few ideas for what

do — there are a ton more.
