I know in this recipe you use a
vanilla pod, but in your new book I notice you use
vanilla powder in quite a
few recipes and I wanted to ask where I can buy
vanilla powder?
Remove the
pod after a
few weeks, and use the
vanilla - flavored sugar as you would any regular sugar: For baking, dusting over cookies, and in coffee.
Store in an airtight jar with the
vanilla pod for a
few weeks or until ready to use.
