I do have
a few velcro diapers but I rarely use them for fear that my toddler will take his diaper off at the worst time lol
I like snaps, personally, but there are some good reasons to keep around
a few velcro diapers — if you have any family members with arthritis, snap diapers can be really hard to use.
Would I give up
the few velcro diapers I have?
I agree with the person who said avoid velcro b / c it sounds so easy but then wears out quickly; however, I think it's nice to have
a few velcro diapers (like BumGenius — they are great) on hand for times when you just want the easiest thing possible.

Diapers are gathered with elastic (encased or not) at the thighs and waist and secure with
velcro and snaps on the wrap - around wings; there are a
few versions without snaps or
velcro closures that require a
diaper pin, snappi fastener or a wrap - style
diaper cover to secure them to baby.
Over these last
few months I have discovered that the
Velcro diapers are my problem!
