While
dressing the baby in those fluffy (and super cute) coveralls, using a plush car seat
warmer, and putting on a
few extra blankets might seem like a good idea, it can actually be downright dangerous.

A
few days before the spring equinox, the climate is more pleasant and the flowers begin to bloom, the change of the cloests is very near and I can not wait to bring all my
warm pulls in the attic to make space for t - shirts and mini
dress of many colors.
Last year I wrote about
dressing for fall while the weather is still
warm, since «fall» in California is pretty much still summer [you can read that here], and a
few of the tips I shared are relevant today as well.

The weather in OKC is not quite
warm enough to show your legs off without tights, so here are a
few tips that I use when trying to make a
dress transition into spring.

dress then went on mega sale and there it was staring at me in my size, so I walked away with it for a mere
few quid and i'm so pleased i did, its been the perfect companion to this

No matter what your specific taste, there are a
few things you'll agree are essential to a
warm weather wardrobe: An all - purpose
dress, a killer pair of sandals, and — of course — denim cutoff shorts.
And since the Fall is taking it's sweet time to show up keeping us in
warmer temps the last
few days, this
dress is the perfect transitional piece with a classic black and white twist on florals.
If I were only allowed to keep three, I would have to choose my Hugo Boss Tuxedo (slightly oversized with a satin collar detail and the nearest I have come to Le Smoking thus far); the Skinny Fit Joseph Blazer (shiny black, shrunken fit, lightweight, good for any given day); my Emanuel Ungaro tweedy brocade (hip length, lined,
warm, doubles as a coat in fall, looks like Chanel, brilliant with jeans, or with a slip
dress); Vintage Armani (mannish, loose fit, hip length, two vintage moth holes, but if I keep my right arm down no one knows)... But oops that's four — but I have mulled this over on a number of occasions and my selection often differs, and that's why I can't give any of them up and in fact usually end up acquiring another one, and why I'm not opposed to adding to my collection either, so I'm looking at 3 current Blazer trends to play with and maybe I can retire a
few to storage for a while.

few weeks back Washingtonian Magazine contacted me to provide some winter tips on how to stay
warm and still
dress cute when going out.
I'm from a
warm part of the world (Australia), and I'm not gonna lie — I think there's
few things chic - er on a hot summer day than an elevated casual, all black
dress / jumpsuit.

Like I mentioned in my last post, the past
few weeks have still been pretty
warm so I've been transitioning to fall with light layers and
dresses lately.
You may need to add a
few tablespoons of
warm water to thin the
dressing a bit.
