I didn't have a full cup of blueberries so I added a
few strawberries and I also
used maple syrup as the
sweetener.
I've also
used fewer nuts and less
sweetener so the granola isn't quite as fattening.
As I work through some of my recent recipe successes, a
few may still contain
sweeteners which is good for those of you still
using them.
These soft pancakes are made
using just a
few basic ingredients, like eggs, heavy cream, butter, baking powder, coconut flour, water,
sweetener and a pinch of salt.
I also prefer
using no
sweetener in the crust, as the topping is already quite sweet but you can

few substitutions as I
used coconut oil instead of grapeseed and also I subbed another
sweetener for Agave (a mix of splenda, Xylitol, and Erythitol) as I can't
use Agave.

few attempts unfortunately didn't turn out that well, they lacked the full flavour I was after and I'm pretty sure this was due to the alternative
sweeteners I was trying to

I've also added a
few spices because when you're not
using any
sweetener, sweet spices like cinnamon and ginger help lift the sweet flavour of the sweet potato.

few different brands of high quality erythritol Smart Sweet, Wholesome
Sweeteners and Swerve.
Maltitol is a polyol: a sugar alcohol that is
used as a bulk
sweetener that contains
fewer calories but preserves 90 % of a product's sweetness.

I tried a
few different types,
using different flours and
sweeteners and this one came out the best — by far!

Though I
used much less
sweetener, and I added a
few drops of orange peel oil to the filling overwhelm the sweetness of the figs, It was just great!
Hi everybody Where I live they do not sell powdered gelatin so I
used Dr Oetker Gelatin sheets, after some experimentation i succeeded by
using 11 sheets of gelatin with 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, a
few drops of lemon essential oil and 5 of the tiny Canderel
sweetener pills, they turned out really good, nice and firm and I do nt smell any gelatin odour at all.
I prefer not to
use toothpaste that contains fluoride (find out why) and though I have
used a
few favorite natural, store - bought toothpastes (here's my fav) many of them contain xylitol which leaves an unpleasant artificial -
sweetener - flavor in my mouth.

few years ago I came up with a brownie recipe modeled after Outback Steakhouse's «Chocolate Thunder from Down Under» and holy smokes was it amazing (after much tweaking...) I'm really not a fan of honey in anything other than tea so I
used just a tad of maple syrup because the dark chocolate bars I
used had some
sweetener as well and I don't really like an overly sweet treat.
Over the past
few years, I have created some recipes for Wheat - Free Market and been able to
use their
sweetener, Virtue.
Fruit, especially berries are lower in sugar but for a
few days, it may be easier to kick the sugar habit by
using a high quality stevia if you need a bit of healthy
sweetener for a
few days.
I
used (per serving): 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut milk 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk 1 - 2 tbsp almond butter or any nut / seed butter 1 tbsp cacao powder 1/4 cup whey protein powder or plain glass - fed collagen 1 tbsp MCT oil pinch of cinnamon or vanilla (1/4 -1 / 2 tsp) Erythritol (sometimes I skip
sweeteners, or
use 1 tbsp powdered Erythritol or a
few drops of stevia) Optionally ice - I hope this helps!
I kept the sugar content lower by
using a
few drops of liquid stevia as the
sweetener, along with a drizzle of pure maple syrup.

few years in Europe called Xylitol made of birch tree bark It usually comes from Scandinavia Would you advise to
use it?
Moreover, if you refrain from
using artificial
sweeteners, including erythritol for a while, you might find feeling fuller simply because you experience
fewer cravings that sweet treats might likely trigger.
I made mini-grapefruit margaritas
using just a
few simple ingredients: grapefruit juice, lime, tequila and a little
sweetener, and they're absolutely delicious!
Corn syrup: A combo of cornstarch and acids, corn syrup is
used as a thickener and
sweetener, as MSNBC notes — it contains
few beneficial nutrients but does add extra calories.
