If the Marriott deal goes though, I will be dumping quite a
few SPG points into
airline transfers as a last hurrah to one of the best perks in the best program formerly known as Starwood.

In addition, by earning Membership Rewards you're collecting a currency that can be
transferred to a number of
airlines and used in a number of different ways while, if you just earn Avios, you really have very
few options available to you outside of British Airways
Citibank will be losing Hilton Honors as a
transfer partner in just a
few weeks time but, while that will leave the ThankYou Points program without any hotel partners at all, at least Citi is still working on the
airline side of things.

few rules you'll need to know before you
transfer Starpoints to your chose
airline loyalty program.
