Archer took it

team bus had to take en route to A & M's Kyle

No matter what
team we
fielded today, I think Chelsea would have had the upper hand regardless because
as many have said, they have a
player that specializes in each preferred position, where
as Arsenal have many
players that can play all over the pitch, but don't really have much impact.
We all know Wenger uses FA to give some game time to young inexperienced
players BUT in my opinion he should
field the strongest
team available to him
as this is the only trophy we have a genuine chance of lifting.
This turned out to be a wild one

Players in the

If all Arsenal
players were playing
as a unit we would not be conceding stupid goals or failing to close down
teams in the mid
field neither would we be failing to score goals.
We have seen
as the concept of need is also very volatile in the NFL: one or two injuries at a position and a solid group is now shallow; you draft to become a contender the sooner, not to
field the best
team you can for the following season, and if a youngster becomes a top
player at a position where you are stacked, you can later trade your veterans, or just have expensive contracts off the book...
But more revealing was this:
As the Auburn players walked off the field, they genuinely believed they had found their 2013 version of Newton — who like Marshall had left an SEC school (Florida), gone to junior college for a season (Blinn College in Brenham, Texas) and was the team's opening - game starter as a junio

I think we should go for both... we have a 25 man squad... that means with good management and balance we can
field 2 different
teams in a row and win 2 games in a row... if we cant do that then we may
as well trim the squad to 15
players..
nice to see you crawl out of your hole just in time to offer your 2 cents worth once again... unlike yourself I started following this
team long before Wenger arrived on the scene and will continue to do so long after he's gone... in his earlier years I admired the cerebral elements he brought to the EPL, which at that point was more brutish than beautiful, and I respected the seemingly tireless efforts of Arsene, Dein & staff to uncover and develop talent without sacrificing the product on the
field... likewise I appreciated that such a youthful manager wasn't afraid to bring strong personalities and / or world - class
players into the fold without being fearful of how said
players would potentially undermine and / or dilute his authority... unfortunately this all changed about 10 years ago and culminated in the removal of all our greatest
players, both young and old, without any real replacements coming in... from Henry to RVP to Fabergas and Nasri, it was easy to see that this club was no longer interested in competing at the highest levels... instead of being honest, minus the ridiculous claims regarding the new stadium, Wenger chose to side with management and in doing so became the «front man» for this corporation pretending to be a world - class soccer club... without the «front man» this organization would have been exposed numerous years earlier, so his presence was imperative if the facade was to continue... it's for this reason and more that I despise what this once great man and Kroenke has done to my beloved club... the gutless, shameful and manipulative way they have treated the fans, like myself, is largely indefensible and this is why I felt it necessary to start offering my opinion in a public format... trust me, I resisted the temptation for many years but
as long
as the same shit continues to exist I will voice my opinions and if you don't like it maybe you should look for a different

Having these
players on the

as cazorla and ramsey do better defensive work than ozil.
Honestly, I feel very confident that we can beat any

Yes we could have

teams this weekend if he'd have woken up from his usual slumber and spent some cash oh no he's just the same
as he's always been after looking how the others are spending on top quality
players we're middle of the table bound this season that's for sure.
Injuries are of major concern but more importantly when the game is not going how you expect you don't leave it till the final ten minutes to change the dynamic, and you don't
field your best 11 against the lesser
teams (unless you don't trust the
players on the bench, in which case you should sell them) sometimes I wish he was
as brave
as mourinho who is not afraid to take a
player off at half time if he thinks it provides him with a better chance of winning.
why was Sanchez truly playing... no one believes he was too injured to play to start the season, and some like myself would go
as far to suggest he wasn't injured at all... so why play him... they can't say it was to appease the fans because when was that ever a factor at this club except when «panic buys» were in the offing... I believe that this was to give Arsenal a little leverage when it comes to negotiating his transfer... just imagine their horrible bargaining position if Sanchez never saw the
field before the deadline then heading back to South America and played for Chile... regardless of the facts, this was sadly again another example of a
team putting business ahead of
fielding a
team with the greatest chance to secure 3 points... of course, some will say that Sanchez is, or was, our best
player, so obviously he's a no - brainer to start, but those who really watch the game know that his heart hasn't been truly in it for quite some time... even at the end of last season you could see a definitive difference between the Sanchez who played for Chile and the one that played for Arsenal... that being said, 70 % of Sanchez is still better than a 100 % of the vast majority of our remaining roster... shame on you Arsene and shame on you too Sanchez for that telling smirk... I've supported your attempt to push this squad to the next level but don't pretend for a second that you didn't know you were being watched... don't lower your standards or you'll end up like this club, on the outside looking in
why did we play Welbeck in the striker's role... no one can question his heart but to have a
player with such limited first - touch and finishing skills against such a game opponent with Lacazette on the bench is almost unforgivable... maybe it's because Welbeck tows the party line or maybe it's because Welbeck doesn't know anything but 100 % on the pitch, unfortunately neither of these qualities makes him a capable starting striker on a
team with any real aspirations... I can only hope that he was being showcased for a move elsewhere,
as there was some talk last week about some interest from Everton... if he moved on that would be the only silver lining of this coach's decision, but once again it wouldn't excuse this club for putting business decisions ahead of
fielding the best possible

Mets owner Joan Payson had spent a trifling $ 50,000

Even if we would have Benzema or anyone else on the

Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top
player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many of the traditionally dominant
teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss of Cazorla, who took a lot of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the
field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National
team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary
players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type of
player;
as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management
team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments of greatness undercut by long periods of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste

players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a
player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part of the
player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix,
as their respective
teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out of them visa vie
player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former
teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with
players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these
players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures,
as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the
field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of
players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled
player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled
player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
A bigger issue is how he is feeling at the moment, I have seen that look before
as players tire of Wengers on
field experiments and leaves the
team in a position to lose.
Now I think there is still reasons to be cheerful, I agree Man C & Chelski have spent & bought some good

As for Everton yes they have released a lot of players and also brought in a lot too to give better quality in the squad as they have Europa league the same as US the big difference is I think we will play squad players & youngsters maybe with a few senior players all the way up to the QF This tells me most of our rivals will pave the way for us to field pretty much the same side every weekend in the PL thus giving us an advantage over all the other 5 teams playing in the CL & Europa, just remember the League has been won in the last 2 seasons by teams NOT in Europe YES we are this season but I think Wenger will put all his eggs in the League basket and field an under strength side in all comps hence focusing on the League until we are no longer in the rac

Jersey City has had minor league baseball
teams intermittently since 1878 and has
fielded some noteworthy
players, such
as George Stovey, a black pitcher who won 35 games in 1886, and George (Twinkletoes) Selkirk, the Yankee who was nicknamed after a Jersey show girl.
Why the HELL
field a
player in the starting 11 knowing that he does not want to be a part of the
team / club, play a right back
as a left winger, by Bundesligas best left / back / winger and bench him, spend a record fee in Laca and bench him in favor of Welbeck, WELBECK!!!?? Wenger you f *** ng twat, you did so many errors ahead of this match / season that you should look in the mirror and terminate your contract, immediately!!!
Time for some brutal honesty... this
team,
as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a
team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in,
as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position...
as far
as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment,
as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that
player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special
players and certainly can't help make the
player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper
players in the final third... he was never a good defensive
player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer
as a result of his presence on the pitch...
as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just
as much time on the training table
as on the
field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a
player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand
players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current
teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the
field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore
as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those
players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
One of his top receivers, Parris Campbell, struggles at times holding onto passes, but he could have a future
as a special

If Mr wenger built a
team who never lost it tells me he can build a
team remember a
team consists of 11 different characters with different back grounds beliefs and aspirations and problems with another 11 to back them up I remember years ago the press used to talk about arsenal and not having English
players on the
field never the less I know off our own fatalities
as such we were somehow always coming up little short by injuries to such Edwardo vanpercie and even gas diaby ramsy rosiscky carzola and many more and others that did nt seem to gel well I am not blind and I know we are not doing well but to suggest that Mr wenger docent have a clue is totally preposterous and disrespectful
Perhaps the largest storyline this weekend involves
players that won't be on the
field,
as four
teams will be starting a different quarterback than last week.
- he has no interest with the physical part of the game - he cant manage the ordeal of what a top
player goes threw - he has no plan b, he just chooses his eleven and cant see his fault - he still continue moaning about every decision that happen on the
field and the
players are just perfect angels (wilshere falling acts) yes, jose does the same but their a positive result at end of game — he will continue making us wait at the last day of transfer to buy his so call star
players - arsenal still do nt defend
as well
as the other top epl
teams when
teams enter their half.
He tolerated
players like Gallas who brought
team morale down and sold Senderos who I never rated but who was loyal, probably
as Gallas is french
as he also leaves Diaby on the
field far too long even on the rare occasions when hes actually in control of the ball, Nasri another one whos overated and couldnt even make the poorest French
team in decades.
Managers of top

teams made up of squad or younger
players.
As we go searching for our first ever win there and a first win anywhere since mid-December, we will be able to

Match Preview &
Team Lineups: Jurgen Klopp is likely to use

As you have seen, the

fielded their strongest first

While my efforts to persuade the Board of Selectmen, the town manager, and the Rec Department director to allocate permits in a more equitable fashion, and to use their power to make sure that the programs using town - owned facilities met minimum standards for inclusiveness and safety, fell on deaf ears (we ended up being forced to use for our home games a dusty
field the high school had essentially abandoned), I returned to a discussion of the «power of the venue permit» 10 years later in my 2006 book, Home
Team Advantage: The Critical Role of Mothers in Youth Sports, where I suggested that one of the best ways for youth sports parents to improve the safety of privately - run sports programs in their communities was to lobby their elected officials to utilize that power to «reform youth sports by exercising public oversight over the use of taxpayer - funded
fields, diamonds, tracks, pools, and courts, [and] deny permits to programs that fail to abide by a [youth sports] charter» covering such topics
as background checks, and codes of conduct for coaches,
players, and parents.
Add in the possibility that sideline personnel responsible for monitoring athletes for signs of concussion, such
as team doctors and athletic trainers, or coaches and parent volunteers, may be away from the sideline attending to other injured athletes when a
player sustains a high force blow, or, even if they are watching the
field / court / rink, may miss significant impacts because they occur away from the play, and one can see why better concussion detection methods are needed.
It is going to cost twice

In his letter aimed at allaying fears that the Catskills won't be able to

The predominant feeling among the school and the surrounding community would be to discontinue the football program,
