I decided I had to try it, so I found a
recipe in Carol
Field's book Celebrating Italy, and too impatient to wait for Christmas, I
roasted a fresh turkey from Tully's Market for Thanksgiving.
I've been working on this
recipe for quite some time, because I wanted to share a perfect main dish kind of
recipe for all those people who don't like Tofurkey or
Field Roast for their holiday dinner.
