TRAIL MIX: I make my own very simply by mixing together my favourite nuts and
seeds — cashews, almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, and then adding some dried fruit
in too: raisins,
figs, and dates.
Put the dates,
figs, almonds, coconut, hemp
seeds, and the vanilla
in a food processor
in that order.
Optional: you can add different nuts, goji berries, desiccated coconut, dried
figs, roll them
in cacao, coconut or chia
seeds.
Put the radicchio,
figs and sesame
seeds in a salad bowl.
I will say you can often notice a slight texture of the tiny blended
in fig seeds, but overall it's still a pretty creamy pudding.

seeds to soak.
It seems to get lumped into the dates «n raisins category, but
figs are just as low
in sugar as strawberries, and are packed with fiber (all those tender, tiny
seeds).
The kale and roast aubergine base are lovely taste, texture and colour wise but you can add all sorts of things such as spring onion, crispy bacon,
figs, toasted chick peas, any type of toasted nuts or
seeds you have
in the house.
I'm pretty sure it's the lovely combination of «de-gunkifying» manuka honey and Amazonian white clay with oh - so - luscious barbary
fig seed, rosehip
seed and jojoba
seed oils that give this mask a 1 - 2 punch
in the detox and rehydrate ring.
The foods that are known to be rich
in oestrogen - like sterols are: whole grains,

I had not had any luck finding pumpkins or gourds when I was playing around with a fall tablescape last week so I stuck with a more early autumn feel

figs, hydrangeas and then of course a pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting (you can find the recipe
