The combination of Iron Galaxy and MvC should have made for a stellar remake, but while Iron Galaxy did a decent job assembling and updating the
games, though both
games lack character specific challenge modes, they can do little to hide the fact that the original
games in the
package are some of the weaker
fighting games that Capcom has put out.
Plus R is a fine tune - up of one of the most technical
fighting games around, but its skeletal
packaging makes it all but impossible for non-fans to get excited.
While Capcom has released other
fighting game collections in the past, such as Street Fighter Anniversary Collection and Street Fighter Alpha Anthology, the 30th Anniversary Collection is by far the most robust compilation
package ever released for the series.
A quick glance at the list and you'll see that the
games are a well -
packaged bundle that should appeal to everybody — sports, racing, puzzle, platformer, simulation,
fighting and space shooter.

package from top to bottom and when it comes to that it's easily the best
fighting game in the last few years.
The Xbox One however also had an excellent
fighting game on its hands; Killer Instinct, which, whilst somewhat hollow as a
package at launch, had an incredible

fighting game.
This is all a moot point really; a number of extensive updates have been added to the
game over the past year creating a much more feature rich

fighting fans to get into.
