The Soulcalibur franchise has a long history of guest characters that are extreme even by
fighting game standards.
Unfortunately, while the dojo mode is an absolutely fantastic tutorial by
fighting game standards, it still falls prey to some of the symptoms that these modes usually exhibit.

And that that's fine, because styles make
fights, and no
game against Wisconsin is going to look «good» by any
standard besides «Big Ten 1980?»
Ozil as CAM, Ramsey and Jack behind him for easy
games and Arteta or Flamini coming in for tougher
fights (here is our biggest problem even those two are not up to
standards of a good DM) It could work but I am most scared of the big teams as our core is still weak.
I don't think Villa's pacey
game will be much of a problem for us but, I can see many managers telling their teams to just pressure and
fight us into submission, as it seems to be the de facto
standard when playing against Arsenal nowadays...... and gets results.

FInally i would like to comment on something people tend to ignore as it's a gold
standard in the ignored factors that make a
fighting game: Story!
You of course have the
standard fighting modes but there are also some special
game modes, the online mode and the
fight lab as well.
This
game definitely set
standards for many
fighting games.
Where previous UFC
games would deliver additional leagues to
fight in or classic matches to recreate, all EA Sports UFC brings to the table is
standard bouts, some enjoyable training mini-
games, and a career mode that mixes the two.
Just a few years ago EVO would've considered Street Fighter and Marvel vs. Capcom the two unshakable foundations of their event, but in a deeply competitive market for
fighting games the flawed and clearly rushed
game doesn't cut the mustard for EVO's
standards.
Summary: Onechanbara Z2: Chaos is a relatively stock
standard Japanese
fighting game with lots of virtual flesh
Not only does SVC Chaos simply not play particularly well by the
standards of 2D
fighting games, but also the
game's implementation of Xbox Live support is flawed.
One of the best sections of the
game are its boss
fights but the rest of the
game sadly doesn't manage to hold the same quality

Fighting is accomplished by means of a fairly
standard turn - based battle system which is heavily biased towards getting the elements of your attacks (& defence) correct, as characters and monsters in the
game will often be able to deflect or even absorb some types of damage.
What I was expecting, however, was the
standard arcade mode that's lined every
fighting game for over two decades.
A lot of combat elements that have become
standard for 3D Zelda
games have been blended into the
fighting system.
When it comes to gameplay mechanics Nidhogg is wonderfully assured, and the
