Again, the expectation you feel when you
fight the same boss each time alongside a repetitive routine means that each
fight brings with it only a small change, which plays well
into the uncertain
gameplay that makes a roguelike so much fun, and without doing it so drastically that it makes the experience unfair and unpredictable.
