fill two medium loaf pans (9.8 x 5.4 x 2.6 inches), and made 8
cupcakes with the extra batter.

filling it.
Though it takes a bit of time, the
recipe is easy to prepare, and if scheduled, strawberry
filling and the lemon
cupcakes can be made in advance.
My interpretation is this moist vanilla
cupcake (my go - to
recipe) topped with a creamy fluffy fresh strawberry mascarpone
filling.
The
filling recipe made quite a bit and I messed up piping it into the
cupcakes.
