The
dough will rise and
fill more of the skillet
than you think, so if anything err on the side of underfilling.
If you have another mold other
than two listed above, adapt your recipe using the one to one ratio for the
filling and the pastry
dough.
For the
filling: On a lightly floured surface, roll the
dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and slightly bigger
than the baking dish.
When I have more
