I've never been a
fan,
as a rule of horror movies, however, the trailer drew me to this one and i'm glad it did, the awful acting we usually get in horror movies wasn't there this time round, in fact, the whole cast were excellent, the special effects were really very good and the humorous, intelligent dialogue (another thing you don't usually get in horrors) was brilliant, loved the
film, Chris Hemsworth, although with less to do in this than he does in Thor, was great in it too.
The
film was entertaining, but
as a die - hard
fan of the original, I really think they should stop milking the franchise.
And although Hurwitz and Schlossberg have admittedly peppered the proceedings with a handful of hilarious gags (eg Stifler finally gets his revenge on Finch for sleeping with his mother), American Reunion, saddled with a hopelessly sentimental third act, ultimately establishes itself
as an overlong and underdeveloped sequel that could only be loved by hardcore
fans of the original
film.
Although it isn't really a significant
film as a whole, there are enough good moments of interest and insights to make Trees Lounge a worthwhile experience for
fans of slice - of - life independent flicks.
Fight
film fans will get a kick out of some of the vocal cameos (including Jean Claude Van Damme
as a kung fu fighting Alligator).
If you are a hardcore obsessed
fan, you may have already watched these 10 production videos online already,

film for «Python» Graham Chapman and also the last

Some things that probably factor into the industry's disagreement: Peter Jackson adapted books fifty years old and respected
as great literature, the Potter books were being written alongside the first movies; Lord of the Rings centered on adult characters and played to a wider audience with PG - 13 ratings, the first Potter movies were PG, skewed younger, and starred kids (though anyone can see the
films matured and so did the
fans, many already wrote the series off); finally, where Jackson provided one distinct vision and a cast of respected performers, Potter had a rotating director roster (all of them secondary to Rowling) and limited opportunities for its accomplished actors, giving the brunt of the work to the three kids and spectacle.
