we finally got to the dealership Tim was waiting to great us.

Got to say I love this place and looking for a truck for a long time
finally found a
dealership that doesn't pull any punches no BS definitely re... commend this place
to anybody that just wants a good deal on a good vehicle
This
dealership is okay but it's the people who sold us the car that not only were extra nice but gave us a lot of discounts for
getting us
to finally make the decision that
getting this new car was right for us.
Fiat
dealerships have been clamoring for something besides a tiny city car and a Pope - mobile
to sell, and they're
finally getting it.
As it turns out this
dealership is fairly incompetent at the paperwork as it took them a little over 5 months
to finally get the title transferred (this was after multiple calls from me
to them, the bank that serviced my loan, and a final complaint
to secretary of state) in that time I received 1 and only 1 call from the
dealership after I made a complaint
to secretary of state updating me on the progress.
I have been trying
to get a car for a year, sat at many
dealership for hours only
to be told, sorry, I was told
to go check out Ms.
[email protected], so I call her told her about my situation she took a credit app told me
to come in that my car is ready for pickup, of course I didn't believe her so for weeks I was hesitant,
finally went in and my car was sitting waiting on me, The process was less than a hour, everyone was just awesome.
When I received my vehicle back from the
dealership this last time, I
got onto the freeway
to drive home and it wasn?t until the vehicle reached 6k RPMs that it
finally shifted into a gear.
Potential customers drive up
to the
dealership,
get harassed by salespeople who don't really know the product they are selling, and
finally, if you're lucky — we've been turned down before — drive the car you hope
to buy.
I drove off the service department lot and still heard the knocking noise but Fred the mechanic and Mike the service manager assured me it had been fixed... It wasn't... I took it back
to the
dealership that next Monday and they found out that it was the lower and upper control arm was still knocking... so they took my car again for another 5 days and said it was
finally done... I picked it up and starting driving it and no alignment had been done but I said screw it I will go
to my own mechanic shop
to get the alignment fixed... while doing the alignment at my shop we noticed the steering racket had a leak when doing the alignment.
I
finally got ahold of the
dealership and asked if there was anything they could do for us and we were told that they will give us $ 5000
to trade it in mind you we bought it 4 months ago for $ 10,800 so what ever new truck we
get we would have
to over pay and roll over $ 5,000 my husband and don't have a lot of money so there's no way we could afford that.
Just want
to thank Cardell for what I think was above and beyond regarding
finally getting me into the Ford Escape!!!!! Will for sure recommend your
dealership... THANKS again Cardell, and Cortese Ford!!!!
