I just
found coconut butter at TJMaxx, they have lots of organic, unrefined coconut products and I also got myself some Himalayan pink salt!!
Most of the other recipes I found for making raw chocolate used cacao butter instead, which may well create a slightly superior chocolate base and be less crumbly (
I found the coconut butter does make it ever so slightly crumbly).
I found the coconut butter glaze to be overpowering and gross, and it took on an ugly gray color with the blueberry dye.
