I live in south america and I've being following a low
fodmap diet and your recipes are so easy to follow and best of all I can easy
find ingredients to replace in case my body doesn't tolerate the food or can't
find it in my city..

It just remains to
find out if it's
FODMAP foods that are causing a problem or if it's a real sensitivity to gluten or the glyphosate.
