find bread flour or high protein flour - is it just white bread flour?

find the bread flour from Coles as well.
I used wholemeal flour as it's difficult to
find bread flour where I am.
If you can't
find bread flour, you can substitute it with all - purpose flour which will give you a chewier crust.)

find it amazing that so many different
breads have such unique characteristics even though they start out with the same simple ingredients:

I have made cookies with quinoa
flour in the past, but
found they didn't taste sweet enough, so when I use quinoa
flour again I would pick a
bread or muffin recipe instead of something sweet.
The type of

breads like this one, so if you try baking this again I would use whole wheat pastry

find the
bread turns out perfect if I let the batter sit a few minutes so the coconut
flour can soak up some of the liquid and if I use a wide
