I'm having trouble
finding raw
cacao powder.
I usually soak oats in water or kefir and then add coconut milk, toasted desiccated coconut, seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, nut butter,
cacao powder or anything else I can
find.
What I
find works is to melt the coconut oil first with the maple syrup and add gradually the
cacao powder, stirring until you get the desired consistency.
Also, I
find 5 or even 6 generous tablespoons of
cacao powder work better than 4 as they make the brownies much more chocolaty and disguise the sweet potato flavour a bit better.
I couldn't
