you find chalk paint at any of the regular craft stores — like Michael's, or Hobby Lobby?

I'm trying to
find chalk paint for our baby's nursery.
I find chalk paint difficult to get really smooth as it's sort of meant to show the brush strokes to look more rustic.
I was referring to the aqua color though... lol... can't
find a chalk paint in that color.

find chalk paint easy to work with.
However, I do
find the chalk paint products form the strongest bond (vs. acrylic and latex).

As much as I redo my pieces and change my color scheme I have
found chalk paint and wax is not for me.

Come around to our back porch, step over nubby sticks of sidewalk
chalk and scattered bubble wands, and open up the ancient screen door (I think you'll
find it slams behind you in the most satisfying of ways) where you'll
find a door with peeling

I want to try this method, I've been making my own
chalk paint, and
painted my china cabinet, and used the Minwax dark wax to antique it, it's not for everyone, but the look is just what I want, old world look, not even put it has character, I am doing my coffee table as well, I
find very ornate pieces cheap and
paint a base cream
chalk paint and then go over it with the Minwax dark, let it sit for 15 min and buff, then add another layer of wax, its so much fun, but the problem I'm having is I'm ADD and I have 5 projects going at once!
The dresser was previously
painted for Jackie's sister in shades of pink and purple (I can't

painted over it using Annie Sloan's «Napoleonic Blue»
Chalk Paint then added two coats coat of clear water - based satin Varathane on top.

found several how - to's using
chalk paint, milk
paint or latex.
I
found an old piece of wood at home and
painted it with the
chalk paint.
To make
chalk paint all you need is unsanded grout which can be
found in the tile section at Lowes and your choice of latex
paint.
After testing many home made
chalk paint recipes this is the one I
find to be superior.
I have been looking into different
chalk painting techniques a lot lately, trying to
find what works for me and what doesn't.
I used a Behr (Home Depot) clearance
paint that we
found in the garage of our new home (a no name
paint) followed by a Behr knock - off of Annie Sloan's Provence mixed according to my recipe for Home Made
Chalk Paint.
I've tested and reviewed several home made
