I have a question, I'm finding it difficult to
find cocoa butter, at least in my local health food stores.
I melted my very expensive and hard to
find cocoa butter, and the other ingredients and it just looked awful, (i did it over a Ban Marie so it was gentle) it totally split and tasted terrible....

I have made my own moisturising lotion bars (similar to the Lush body bars) using Shea
butter,
cocoa butter, grapeseed oil and beeswax following a «recipe» I
found on pinterest.
I personally
found this step unnecessary, but then I don't really mind a bump of
cocoa butter in my body
butter now and then.

found that more
cocoa, plus the addition of salt and

Try and choose varieties that use
cocoa butter instead of vegetable oils (you can usually
find these in health food stores).
Surprisingly, they
found that adding the compound accelerated
cocoa butter crystallization at 63 °F, but inhibited
cocoa butter crystallization at 68 °F.
However, you won't have to
find a witch doctor from a Chinese village to get this treatment — all you need to do is order a Gua Sha tool online together with a jar of
cocoa butter.

find the coconut oil, sunflower oil and
cocoa butter make for a wonderfully exotic soak after a hard day's work running around after little ones.
