I was delighted to
find your Coconut Aminos product on the shelf at my local Whole Foods, and even more please when I tasted it!
I could not
find the coconut aminos so I substituted soy sauce.
I plan on making this tonight but also was unable to
find coconut aminos.
I am having trouble
finding coconut aminos.
If you have a hard time
finding coconut aminos -LCB- which tastes JUST like soy sauce — maybe even better -RCB- then you can use the gluten - free soy sauce, Tamari.

Otherwise, I
find that if you're using soy or tamari (wheat - free soy sauce) that you'll want to use roughly HALF of the amount of
coconut aminos called for in the recipe to account for the saltiness of the soy or tamari.
Coconut aminos you can
find in health food shops and online (but you can use soy sauce or tamari sauce instead, if you don't mind using soy) and I'm sure halving the recipe would be absolutely fine!

found at Whole Foods, usually next to soy sauce and may be bought from my Amazon Store (affiliated link).
I too, have a severe soy allergy, but I have
found coconut liquid
amino, which you can use instead, or you can use vegan Worcestershire sauce mixed with some
coconut oil, I also add a half of cup of brown rice flour and a can of pickled beets mashed in for «corned beef», and BBQ ribz and a can of sweet potato for» smoked turkey» and both with some tomato paste for hot linkz.
This was really good but I
found the 2 cups of
coconut aminos made it very very salty.

coconut amino for?
My grocery store hasn't been stocking
coconut aminos and
finding ghee has also become harder than usual.

found a great recipe for a homemade teriyaki sauce (adapted from here) that I substituted pineapple juice for the sugar and
coconut aminos for the soy sauce... I have to say, it came out great!
