find coconut milk powder (or anybody whose heard of it) so i replaced it with some powdered milk and some dry coconut butter.

But, one morning recently, I

coconut milk, fresh ginger and cinnamon in a saucepan with a turmeric
powder paste.
It seems that it is due to the other ingredients that may be in the
coconut milk powder - it is not always easy to
find pure
coconut milk powder and many products contain other ingredients (see my comment in method 2, it is a known issue).
If you
find that your protein
powder makes the icing too thick, add a little bit more melted
coconut oil or
milk or water, a teaspoon at a time, until the icing reaches the desired consistency.
