Waking up fairly early, knowing I'm going to see light from sunrise to sunset, a
challenging class of yoga, cycle to brunch and
finding a spot in the sun somewhere outside, walking through a new part of London, meeting friends in the evening for a catch up,
cooking a new dish back home and then a cup of fennel tea before bed.
My
challenge was
finding an ethnic food that I am uncomfortable
cooking.

It can be
challenging to
find healthy meals to
cook each day and even more frustrating when working with restrictions.
I like it for baking, but what I
find more
challenging and fun is using it in
cooking.
One of the biggest
challenges a budding Keto
Cook has in front of them is baking and
finding low carb flour alternatives that give bread, cookies, cakes and desserts a great consistency.
I'm taking part of a blogger
cooking challenge and this month's
challenge was
finding a spaghetti dish that another blogger made.
The
findings challenge the notion that home
cooking is always best.

Barrie
Cook's work for example has affinity with experimental
