find creamed coconut in the Asian section of your store, or you can get it on Amazon.
In the UK you can
find creamed coconut in the Indian cooking section of most supermarkets.
I did
find the creamed coconut didn't blend brilliantly, and so the texture was rather grainy.

coconut cream sauce kinda like a mounds bar??? I am not quite sure how to accomplish that as i am so new to the having to
find alternatives to dairy and flour.
But, it's the only organic all

I have a Tres Leches Rice Pudding recipe in the SK cookbook that we
find deadly delicious — it uses sweetened condensed milk,
coconut milk, evaporated and heavy
cream.
That means no specialty flours or hard - to -
find ingredients, just ice
cream, peppermint, and
coconut.
I
found that a combination of plant based
cream * and a little bit of
coconut oil works just as well as margarine.
As for the crumble, I made an individual pan serving this morning with blackberries and strawberries (couldn't
