dried cranberries for the tart
cherries if you can't
find them, and use a variety of nuts like cashews, almonds, or walnuts instead of pecans.
I have replaced the
dried cherries with
dried cranberries, as
dried cherries are not easy to
find and they are very costly.
Truthfully they are the best
dried cherries I have
found so far.
Why is it so difficult to
find unsweetened
dried cherries?
The recipe looks amazing and I'd love to try it, but... I live in the Netherlands and
dried cherries are really hard to
find around here.
If you
find dried tart
cherries, that could make for a great variation.

If you can't
find sour
cherries in your local food store, simply substitute in more
dried cranberries and vice versa.

find any white chocolate without oil, then just use dark chocolate and sprinkle on sea salt, some chopped pistachios and some
dried cherries!
