I discovered
kohlrabi in the past few months, when I started to explore Slovenian cooking and
found recipes for
kohlrabi in some 1950s Slovenian American cookbooks.
Also helpful is Calcium which can be
found in milk, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, kale,
kohlrabi, and turnip greens.
Then, when I
found out that the purple
kohlrabi seeds were in the package Mumm's sent me, it just seemed like the perfect match.
