Also, I entered the recipe in
MyFitnessPal, and it
found that the whole thing is over 800 calories (so approx 400 calories per serving)?
I can't
find this in
myfitnesspal, I've searched for 10m... I see something similar for 499 calories but the protein / carb / fat ratio + calories is wrong can you add this?
PS: I tried to
find the macros for «gold» but all
MyFitnessPal threw back was Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard, Golden Delicious Apples, Golden Syrup, and other irrelevant foods.
I loaded the information for the meatballs in to
myfitnesspal if anyone wants to
find it there!
So I just
found out that
MyFitnessPal has this AWESOME feature where I can copy the URL of the recipe, match up the recipe, and swap out ingredients to match what I'm making (like using our store's brand of something in a recipe).

find out all the nutritional info from any recipe on the internet

Its not too taxing — I have been using the
MyFitnessPal web site as I
found that some of the recipes in the book were mostly over the actual calorie count so I use the MFP site diligently every meal and this works for me.

There are some big names here, such as
