coconut milk brands that I tried were a waste of time....
That's because it's hard to
find coconut milk that's not only
organic, but also free of guar gum and other additives, and packaged in BPA - free containers.
While I do sometimes buy the young Thai
coconuts at my local natural foods store and deal with the struggle that is opening them, I generally
find it is way easier to just open a can of
organic coconut milk.
I have
found coconut Milk in Fred Meyers they do carry some
organic things, but don't know if it is ok.
Don't just settle for the first brand of
coconut milk you might
find in the baking aisle — also check the international foods aisle as
coconut milk is very popular in a lot of Asian dishes, as well as the natural /
organic aisles of your grocery store.

found that the recipe was a little off and we added 1/2 cup of
organic full - fat
coconut milk and increased the chocolate stevia to 5 full droppers and it came out fabulous.
