find the quinoa flakes in the cereal section of your local health food store (where oatmeal, buckwheat, and other hot cereals are located).
First, you can
find quinoa flakes online or at natural food stores (I've seen them at some regular grocery stores, too).
If you can't
find quinoa flakes and use quinoa flour, you will completely ruin the fish AND you're an idiot.

quinoa flakes (great for making delicious gluten free porridge).
I love adding

find that they help to form larger clusters (or bites) of granola.
