FYI I wanted to use whole grain and couldn't
find whole wheat orzo at late notice, so I used whole wheat Israeli couscous instead.
We've
found whole wheat pastry flour at several of our local supermarkets — it is available, you just may need to keep an eye out for it!
I even
found a whole wheat version at Whole Foods so now I can eat it even more regularly and not feel a bit guilty about it.
