Each employee, volunteer and supporter of Young - Williams Animal Center works, gives and advocates tirelessly to

stray and surrendered animals; to promote compassionate care of all animals; and to advocate spay / neuter of all dogs and cats with the ultimate goal of assuring a
home for every adoptable pet.
Smoky Mountain Animal Care aims to balance the health, public safety and welfare needs of people and animals in Blount County, Tennessee by responsibly and humanely enforcing animal - related laws; providing medical care, nourishment and a safe environment

stray, abused and impounded animals; educating the public about responsible companion animal ownership; investigating cases where animal care is questionable, and
