I kind of hate the taste of it but I would have difficulty
finding rice milk powder.
We have
found rice milk to be wonderful for my child's corn allergy - so long as it is not vitamin enriched.

found a rice milk that uses canola oil so that's what I buy.

I
find this also works with chocolate cakes, instead of soy
milk use water the same ammount of water as you would've used soy and half a cup — a whole cup of
rice - bran oil depending on how moist you like it!
I'd love to
find a faster way to make it, but I don't think doing it on the stove would be an improvement since I'm using 4 lbs of
rice, 4 gallons of
milk, 8 cups of sugar, and 4 good shakes of salt.
For
milk in cereal and smoothies, our favourite is Silk Almond Coconut
milk but I like anything except for
rice milk which I
find too thin.

Soy
milks can vary from brand to brand, so try to
find one that suits you, or try
rice milk or oat
milk, also available at supermarkets.
The only
milk I have
found that doesn't contain this ingredient is
rice milk.
We like to use
rice milk, because I
find it has the least amount of after taste.
I
find that
rice milk is a bit too sweet for me on cereal, but you may
find that the sweetness of the
rice milk just enhances the taste of a bowl of cereal.
Arsenic is also
found in higher concentrations in brown
rice and
rice milk, leaving us to wonder whether there is any risk to breastfeeding babies if the mother consumes large amounts of brown
rice or
rice milk.
Note: Experts at Consumer Reports recently
found worrisome levels of arsenic in
rice milk (and other
rice products).
We
found fake butter without soy, and decided
rice milk was the best substitute for the real thing (later, I'd prefer the fattier coconut
milk).
But we

Rice Krispies didn't have
milk or soy, and neither did regular pasta.
(I have
found that blending the xanthan gum first with a bit of oil before adding the
rice milk produces the best taste and texture for sauces.)

I have also switched from cow's
milk to
rice milk, but I'm not sure if
rice milk has more fat or calories, and I'm
finding the labeling on my cartons a little confusing.
