finding unprocessed foods to take on my workday.

find that
FOOD TASTES BETTER when you make it fresh and use
unprocessed ingredients.
Unprocessed wheat bran can be
found in most grocery stores (on the baking isle or in the organic section) or else in health
food stores.
Raw or
unprocessed honey can usually be
found at farmers markets and specialty
food stores.
Unsurprisingly, the ones that top the list are highly processed and have more sugar and fat per bite, with far less fiber to slow down digestion, than
unprocessed foods found in nature.
I also eat well — whole,
unprocessed foods and lots of fruits and vegetables — so I can't tell you how relieved I am to have
