fine as a loaf.
Not exact matches
The dough was a bit hard to work with
as it was fairly sticky, but the
loaf came out
fine!
Mine did not rise like a round
loaf, more like an oval but still
fine as I didn't fuss with it at all.
It works
fine in a
loaf pan
as well.
I've tried to disobey it, thinking it was frivolous and unneeded, only to be greeted by a
loaf whose crumb was not
as fine and rise was not
as perfectly formed.
I think everything will be
fine as the consistency of the batter was beautiful and the
loaf is rising nicely in my oven... just trying to figure it all out!
@donna, I would feel confident doing these
as mini
loaves or cup cakes, key for me was to turn the oven down a bit even for the standard
loaf tins so that they cooked before the top caught — so do that and I think you'd be
fine.
