I like to start with Tahoe because it creates a pretty solid
finish over the primer before the lighter color (which is next).

I applied Urban Decay's Eyeshadow
Primer Potion on my lids and
finished by tapping a damp Beauty Blender sponge all
over my face for the most natural
finish possible.
Once that dried I went
over those spots with a light coat of
primer and used four coats of Sherwin Williams Alabaster white to give it a nice white
finish.
